“Cabinetry Design Studio (Jean Fraser and John ) were referred to us by acquaintances. What a stroke of luck -because I had never heard of them,though the have been in business a long time. They were great to work with, very helpful and patient. Their studio is modest and unassuming , but has everything you need. They know the business of cabinets and remodels!
They helped us plan and layout the design and tweak areas of concern to give us a fantastic result. We gutted our kitchen; took out a wall and a window ( not included in cabinet price of course). We reused almost all the appliances, as well as the old cabinets which went into the laundry room and the garage. They referred us to other great people for the construction and demo phase, and the granite fabricator.
Jean and John are honest, hardworking and NICE ——and were SO PATIENT. We deliberated our cabinet decisions,, carried home numerous samples, made numerous visits to the studio, changed and revised our layout , upgraded our choices,... And in each aspect of planning they offered input and suggestions, yet we never felt pressure. The extra time upfront paid off in the results. I believe the end product looks terrific.
They also helped us time our process, which by necessity had stops and starts to involve utilizing rebates, special orders, other subs, a three week hold due to a trip and a wedding . We did not use a general contractor and they were willing to work with our schedule and helped us line up everything to come together . They were such team players!
